Magniflex Italia a fost fondata de catre Giuliano Magni in urma cu peste 50 de ani cand a inceput sa fabrice saltele dintr-una din incaperile casei sale din Prato. Astazi afacerea este condusa de catre cei trei fii ai sai : Alexandro, Fabritsio si Marco cu toate ca si Giuliano a ramas implicat. Giuliano inca este privit ca unul din pionierii mondiali in afacerea cu saltele si detine patentul mondial original al salteleleor vacumate si rulate.
